Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 8, 2026
Global Ping is a network diagnostics app that helps users run ping and route checks from selected countries.
Information You Enter
When you use Global Ping, you may enter an IP address or domain name as a network diagnostic target. The app sends this target, along with your selected country, measurement type, and probe count, to the Globalping API in order to run the requested network check.
Global Ping does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise device location.
In-App Purchases
Global Ping offers a non-consumable in-app purchase named Unlock All Countries. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Global Ping does not collect or store your payment card information.
The app may check your App Store purchase status to unlock or restore purchased features.
Third-Party Service
Global Ping uses Globalping's public measurement API to run network diagnostics. The target you enter and the selected measurement options are sent to Globalping so the requested test can be performed.
Globalping's service may process technical information needed to complete the measurement, such as probe location, network path, IP address, domain, round-trip time, packet loss, route hops, and autonomous system information.
Data Storage
Global Ping does not operate its own user account system or backend database. The app does not store your diagnostic targets on a developer-operated server.
Measurement results are displayed in the app after they are returned by Globalping.
Tracking
Global Ping does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Children's Privacy
Global Ping is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. If changes are made, the effective date above will be updated.
